Instructions for Paying by Credit Card

1. Choose one of the registration types in the "Conference Fees" section below.
2. Go to "User Account" section, and follow the instructions there.
3. Click the "Register" button at the bottom of the page, and follow instructions on the next page to pay using your credit card.

IMPORTANT: The information entered here will be used to create conference badges for attendees. If you are registering/making payment on behalf of another person, you need to use/create a separate user account for each person you are registering.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that there is a $20 penalty for cancellations made after April 8, 2011.

Early Registration (Session Chair)	$ 112.5 USD (valid through April 9, 2011)

Early Registration (Student)	$ 70 USD (valid through April 9, 2011)

Late Registration (Faculty, General Public)	$ 250 USD (valid through May 1, 2011)

Late Registration (Session Chair)	$ 125 USD (valid through May 1, 2011)

Late Registration (Student)	$ 75 USD (valid through May 1, 2011)

UTA Faculty	$ 112.5 USD (valid through May 1, 2011)

If you will be serving as a Session Chair for the conference (or you are a current UTA faculty), you are entitled to a special registration rate. Please follow the instructions that was e-mailed to you by the conference chairs regarding this to complete your registration.

Once you do this, please disregard the online payment instructions on the next page. Your payment will be processed offline when we receive the check.
