Personalized medicine (PM) is continuously transforming the way the humans around the world approach and believe about drugs and drug therapy.   It offers tremendous opportunities to improve diagnosis, prevent, & treat (prophylactic / therapeutic), drastically reduce drug-induced diseases, adverse drug effects, hypersensitivity reactions, drug costs and thus increases the follow-up benefits for the individualized “Patient Care”.  Due to poor understanding of the personalized medicine, there is a substantial increase in the morbidity and mortality.  Interestingly, during this pandemic, it is crucial to understand the importance of the Personalized medicine.  However, personalized medicine is not understood very well around the world.  Although the primary focus of PM is on medicine at the individual level, its importance for the entire discipline and for public health should not be overlooked. Not only can the collection of large amounts of data give rise to interesting lines of research, but there is also a need for careful monitoring of how a multitude of individualized recommendations affects the health behavior of the population.  Subsequently, there is an imminent need to develop for an essential potential globalized Strategies &/or Policies associated with Personalized medicine.  Effective PM can be achieved by sensible and precise scientific knowledge due to suitable and strong foundational knowledge (basic education), understanding evidence-based therapy and with specialized instruction and continuous training of individuals and health care professionals.  Hence, in this study we will discuss methods / approaches for effective Personalized Medicine during pandemic.

Key Words: Personalized medicine, Drug-induced diseases, Patient Care
